Frames
Frames have lost favor on the internet but are still valuable on internal sites. Frames are ordinary web pages collected into a frameset.
Assignment
Design a frameset on a theme. Make use of a title frame, a content frame and a navigation frame. The initial content should be of your design. However, the external pages you link to can and should appear in your content frame. Design a title banner for the title frame. Design a navigation bar that scrolls. Make use of the features described in the tutorial.
Since some sites do not allow frames, test your page to make sure that your linked sites will appear in your frame.
Grade Criteria
- Quality of craft.
- Concept. Especially in the design of the banner and content frame. Also note color choices.
